I loved the decor in this room. It had a huge white wavy dresser with 2 matching night stands and it had two white wavy loveseats. Beautiful room

I'm not a big fan of the towels. They're kind of like microfiber and they feel rough against my fingertips

Location was good for the little bit of night life on Pine Ave. Really quiet and aesthetically pleasing set up.

The only thing that was horrible was not having a spot to park.

I loved: The building itself. It's very old and has a bunch of stuff that's not used anymore, like an old style phone box, which I find delightful. Having lived in the Long Beach area I appreciate old apartments there. The lighting: I appreciated the chosen color temperatures for the lights in the room. They felt appropriate. Having both a cool and warm light in the vanity area is helpful, depending on what you need. I loved that the kitchen had pretty much everything I needed. The bed was comfy and had enough bedding to keep me warm. The host company was very responsive whenever I sent a message.

One of the lights would flicker when the AC was on. But that's likely just the type of bulb being used since the others didn't do that The lighting in the bathroom could be more spread around for better vision in there. Like it was a bit din inside of the shower.

No washing machine in apartment.

Building and unit was historically quaint, pleasant, and quiet. The unit included a full kitchen with pans, pots, dinnerware, and coffee maker available. Easy walking distance to all to offer in the downtown area.

Difficulty in obtaining the door code with no one to contact to assist. Fortunately, there was a phone contact to the building manager to assist who was courteous enough to allow me into the building and obtain the code to building and unit. Very challenging on parking in the area. Towels in bathroom were very thin, and bathtub required a person to step up high to enter.

Great

It was very low maintenance. There is no staff on site which we didn't bother us. They emailed us the front door access code and the door code to the room so it allows you to check in without any hassle. The room was clean, updated, and had all the amenities of an apartment. It was really quiet.

The portal was not working properly at the time, but that is an easy fix.
