Very decent, employees had great service. Property was okay

Decent hotel but the room needs upkeep and repairs. With a little effort it could be a nicer hotel.

Room smelled like musty smoke. The sofa bed had dirty sheets...Carpet was stained and full of crumbs..I requested another room...The new room was a stifling 77 degrees despite the thermostat being set at 65...In the bedroom there was a portable ac unit plugged in..It was an upright box unit on the floor (like you would buy at WalMart)..I felt like I had checked in to a cheap motel not a $122/night Hilton owned hotel.. ...Actually, my wife and I couldn't believe that this was a Hilton hotel..The hotel appeared to be about 6 years overdue for a "complete" renovation... I asked if there were any other rooms available to try and she said they were all booked..I asked for a refund and was told I had to go through Expedia for my refund..I knew that would be unlikely so I said I would just stay in the first room which was the better of two evils...The front desk attendant then informed me that she had already checked me out and I would have to pay again for a new room..Unbelievable...I asked to speak to a manager whom she called immediately...The manager Nicole was GREAT...She apologized and after talking with the front desk attendant an available room magically materialized...The third room was in good shape and Nicole said I did not have to purchase it a second time...Thank you Nicole! We will not be returning to this hotel or any other of the same name...

All non carpeted floors, bathroom, kitchen area were greasy and slick. Bathtub and toilet had scum rings. No privacy in the bedroom, the doors had a one inch gap when closed and did not lock or latch. Air conditioner was loud and ran all night. Sheets provided for the pull out bed did not fit the bed. Complementary breakfast was poor, ran out of forks, ran out of pastries, milk was room temp. Would not recommend. Will not stay here again.

There was visible pet hair on carpet, bathtub was dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine, but I had my own Lysol wipes and hand held steamer, therefore I was able to clean up. The staff are very nice and courteous and breakfast was decent and the area felt safe.

Great place

Room smelled like pets. Bedspread had black lint all over white bedspread. Breakfast booth seats all worn out and dirty for the price it needs a total remodel of rooms. They are large but nasty..not my idea of a suite
