The staff named lokman..young boy with red haird its not good..better change another staff to handle the hotel for future..or i will asked all my friend not to go booking this hotel..Thanks.

I left my personal care at hotel on Wednesday,then call back to customer services to keep my things,and I will collect on Friday.The staff said yes,my personal care is left there,sure I can collect on Friday.But when I go to collect it,the staff tell me throw it already!
