Such a warm and wonderful welcome by the friendliest and most welcoming staff I have ever come across in my all my travels. They made the whole stay an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Zillertal. Great views from the very comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and a fabulous dinner with freshly picked forest mushrooms from the region. All together a real treat. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a beautiful location like all the others in this village. Although it is a more historic building, it is immaculately clean here. MOST (...) of the staff are well-trained and courteous, with a professional approach to the customer. In winter, you will appreciate the proximity of the gondola lift to the ski slope. That's all.

I'll start with the obvious. Being on the road, staying in a hotel in the evening, you expect peace, rest and dinner. From entering the hotel, everything was a problem. I can forgive that we were 15 minutes before the restaurant closing time and our orders were not taken. Next, we headed to a room-apartment in a 4* hotel. I haven't encountered this in any hotel yet - there was not even 1 bottle of plain mineral water or a glass in the room. Everyone thirsty after the journey and you have nothing to drink from - shock. I do not know if it is related to the fact that we were out of the winter season, but the hotel was deserted. In the morning, a modest breakfast, bread + cheese and cold cuts (no scrambled eggs, no hot stuff - e.g. sausages). I have not met in Austria or Germany that there were no sausages for breakfast. I will not describe the entire accommodation process - everyone can have a weaker day and I am very tolerant.

Excelente location and food. Good size room and very friendly staff. Play room with football table. Food options for kids.

Drinks not included in half-board but a bit expensive.
