Ya es la segunda vez que elegimos este alojamiento y siempre es un placer. Por ubicación, por lo bien equipado que está el alojamiento y lo limpio y cómodo que es.

Ubicación muy buena fácil para ir a san Sebastián u otros lugares

Deberían mejorar el colchón del sofá cama porque talla un poco

Very unusual property, but interesting and the concept works pretty well. Rooms are huge since space in this warehouse is cheap - if you're okay with the industrial charme of the location and the access ways. Very comfy bed, kitchenette with fridge and freezer. Two AC units with heating functionality. Not sure if other guests can be heard at night, judging from the parking lot, I pretty much was alone during that night...?

Living room only has partial curtains, instructions for getting into the property and the key lockbox could be clearer. Super easy when you've figured it out and done once, but it's not immediately obvious. Unrelated to the room, but the access way has a serious change in elevation over the curb although it doesn't look like it; the suspension of my car bottomed out and I audibly scraped over the last bit of the curb stone...

La propreté, le parking,

Pas de chauffage en plein mois de décembre, il avait des radiateurs et aussi de la climat mais aucun des deux fonctionnent. Le propriétaire a passé vérifier mais n'a pas pu réparer...

Los apartamentos son amplios, están limpios y cómodos para estar unos días. Tienen cocina y una pequeña cocina, muy adecuado para familias. El coche se deja en una zona protegida dentro del perímetro

En general todo muy bien, tener en cuenta que están dentro de una nave industrial frente a una zona residencial para evitar sorpresas. Calidad-precio están muy bien.

Limpieza, comodidad y ubicación. En general excelente.
