Casa del Carmine

Siisti asunto, josta löytyi kaikki mukavuudet. Kylpyhuone oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti todella rauhallinen, kävelymatkan päässä kaikkialle.

Wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt, es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben, das Bett war nicht zu weich. Va fanden wir den kleinen Hinterhofbalkon sehr angenehm, der über eine kleine „Treppe“ zu erreichen war. Dort lässt es sich sehr angenehm frühstücken oder auch am Abend bei einem Wein sitzen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: es ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist gleich um die Ecke mittendrin im Zentrum. Für uns war es einfach perfekt! Und am Tag vom Auschecken kam der Padrone persönlich vorbei & hat uns zwei köstliche Caneloni (sizilianische Spezialität) vorbeigebracht: Mille Grazie

Room was spacious, more like a small apartment. Excellent location. Very convenient indoor parking available on the next street.

We had alot of trouble finding it at first. Also step ladder to balcony

Super Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte sind ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Netter Gastgeber, Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert via WhatsApp.

Durch die Lage im Innenhof etwas dunkel, aber man ist tagsüber ja ohnehin meist unterwegs.

Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro e comoda a tutto,pulita,con tutto quello che serve sia come cucina che per il bagno

Andrebbero fatti alcuni lavori di manutenzione soprattutto riguardanti il modo per accedere al piccolo balcone

Very central location but still off the crowded streets. It was very calm. A very small terrace with no views but very nice to sit there and enjoying your morning coffee Bathroom with a washing machine and we could dry our clothes on the terrace. Walking distance to everything in ortiga. We liked to go for a morning swim at the south east side. There is a small platform for sunbathing and stairs so you can easily get in and out of the water

Localisation incroyable, c'est calme mais en même temps sur l'ile d'ortigia à deux pas de la plage ! et des toutes les plus belles activités du coin!

The property is good value and in a great location - easy walking to all the sights, eating places, markets, banks and supermarket. It was very handy to have a washing machine and a private balcony to dry our clothes. Coffee maker and iron were appreciated. The video on how to enter the property and use the wifi etc was very handy and Salvo was a very good host.

Struttura ben posizionata e proprietario gentilissimo. Luogo silenzioso e con aria condizionata.
