"Good - but some small attention to detail needed"

Staff excellent - really friendly & helpful. Room good - but TV didn't work so well, channels were all mixed up & static interference with signal. Even though room clearly booked for 3 people we only ever get 2 cups & 2 glasses - happens every time we stay here - so annoying as have to go to reception each time to ask for more. otherwise all good & good value for money

Not enough cups / glasses provided - such a simple thing that could be so easily managed

it’s central location for what we need nice bar area good food

a bit stingy on the bics in the room , 1 pack ( 2 bics ) for 2 people !!
