The location was great for me and staff were all really friendly. Food in the restaurant was pretty good.

The room cleaning could be improved and my room felt rather tired. I was staying for 2 nights and did give feedback but not much better the following day. Lots of cobwebs in the bathroom and carpet needed a really good vacuum.

Stayed for one night. Very friendly staff. Room spotless, comfotable and well decorated. Huge bathroom with an excellant shower. Had dinner and cocktsils in the restaurant which was outstanding. Breakfast really good too. Will definately stay again if doing another multiple university visit

Our 4th visit here. That says a lot. Would not use again if not good. Staff always helpful. Rooms always a good standard. Would stay again if in area.

The staff are great and the accommodation and food are too. Highly recommend.

We were here for a very sad time, but the team of employees here made it bearable by their kindness and professionalism.
