"Very outdated rooms"

Three main issues stick out. One. We arrived at about 7:39pm and could not get any assistance at front desk. I am a Hyatt Discoverist and there was no acknowledgment at all during our stay. Glad we had a digital key, we might still be waiting to check in. 2). Room was right out of 2010. No outlets anywhere near bed to charge phones at night and zero USB ports in room. But there were rgb and composite inputs for the tv. Last, i don鈥檛 know who designed these rooms, but it was next to impossible to close bathroom door. Literally had to be in bathroom, step behind the toilet and reach around to close the door. Will look elsewhere to stay in this area.
