Location, size, views for the balcony and facilities.

Having to go to another building to collect and drop off the keys to the apartment. Unfortunately we were not able to easily locate it on arrival and it took some time. Once there the staff were friendly and helpful. We were required to empty the bins and throw out the bags before leaving which is strange as we have never experienced this before. There was nowhere to put the rubbish in the apartment block. Therefore we had to find a public bin on the main road somewhere which was an inconvenience. The main bed had a worn mattress as you could clearly see a massive dip/crator in the middle of it. This was a big disappointing to see on arrival.

The apt was lovely only down side no hairdryer .Great location very clean paint job needs a touch up .very quick answering questions, more for 2 people than 4 ,quiet,great location in-between old n new town .would diffenately stay again 10/10

having to collect the keys not knowing where we were going etc if you were an old couple it would be horrendous, should be a meet and greet at the apartment.

I had to walk to the casino to fetch the keys for the property, aircon wasn’t strong enough for all the rooms and the bedroom fan there was no remote to use it, pools was in shade so it was freezing

Fan in bedroom was not working. Remote control away for repair.
