"Great location, too expensive, no flexible in terms of cancellation"

Amazing location

Expensive for what it was. We had to cancel due to WAR (!!!) and they wouldn’t cancel it or give us a credit which felt very harsh due to the circumstances.

spacious, central, all facilities, quiet, nice

reception was difficult to communicate with, always a different person that gives contradictory instructions... gave a number and said to inform them via WhatsApp but that number had no whatsapp... asked kids for cityTax as for adults, but Lisbon has zero city tax for kids... very strange

Everything: location was perfect in Chiado, in the middle of everything, but the apartment was quiet, thanks to super quality windows and AC.
