Mi estancia fue muy mala. La habitación no tenía buen aislamiento, la ventana dejaba entrar el frío directamente sobre la cama, pasé toda la noche helada y tuve que buscar otro alojamiento al día siguiente. Además, el Wi-Fi que me dieron no funcionaba en mi habitación y no pude trabajar . Pedí la cancelación según sus políticas (pagando la primera noche) y nunca se me devolvió el dinero del resto de la reserva.

El chico de recepción qie me atendió fue muy amable.

Lo peor para mí fue que la ventana no cerraba y me entraba aire y frío, además está justo encima de la cama y me pasŕ la noche helada. Además, al dar para la Plaza de los Mariachis, me pasé toda la noche oyéndoles. Y cuando pedí la clave de la wifi me dio la que usaban en recepción y luego en mi habitación no funcionaba. Agoté todos mis datos para hacer una reunión que necesitaba hacer. Por la mañana cancelé las otras 4 noches que tenía reservadas y me fui a oyro lugar.
