Quick and efficient. Well appointed. Good rooms.

Closet was a little small in my room configuration and I was hanging shirts.

The room smelled stale and musty. Room was in need fresh paint and new chair.

Hotel much better than expected, $rate a little high, location perfect

Dampness/ humidity in hotel room. Although we were able to control the temperature settings, the room maintained a humid, damp, musty smell and feel, which made it uncomfortable to sleep

The breakfast was fine, the staff members were helpful and friendly.

Both days I was there, the fan only blew cold air, so the room temperature was uncomfortable. Outside it was in the 40's. and inside it had to be in the low 70s or high sixties. I slept with clothes on. On the second day of my stay, there was no hot water in my room. I had stayed there a few months ago, and things were fine I had a first floor room, so even though the elevator was out of service (and still is by the way) my stay was fine....which is why I came back. Never again. I
