Comfort Inn Mayfield Heights Cleveland East

From check in to check out everything was great! I am always a little wary of cleanliness when staying in hotels, but this location ticked all my boxes! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom areas were clean. There was a variety of breakfast options in the morning and the chef in charge was very diligent in keeping everything stocked and in working order. I did have a room right next to the elevator so there were some intermittent mechanical sounds but nothing that prevented me from sleeping. There are many convenient stores close to this hotel and it is a nice location outside of Cleveland to avoid the hefty downtown hotel costs. I would recommend this hotel to a friend for sure!

Only stayed one night, at breakfast, quality of fresh fruit out on counter not optimal, mushy mold

The window shade was broken in our room so we couldnt open it. There was a beautiful sunny day outside but we were in a dark room, which felt like a cave. The man who took care of the breakfast room was very nice, and cheerful. There was a good complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast and the egg scrambled is too salty. Almost not possible to eat. The rest is all fine

It's close to the Cleveland Clinic and there's a Bob Evans across the street.

Entrance to parking lot is not well lit and does not have adequate signage. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was so so not many healthy choices. Forgot to say that the juice machine was left overnight without being cleaned so needless to say I did not drink any juice.
