Our door lock protection (not sure of the name) was broken. Looked @ if someone had kicked in the door ?!?! Didnt sleep well because of thought of someone breaking in

Good location.

Checked in, dropped off our things and we out to run errands. Came back to room wide open which i knew i closed behind me when we went out. Luckily nothing was missing. Alerted front desk and they were able to change us rooms. Asked what time check out was and the guy at the front desk said NOON but they were already knocking on our door by 9:30 am, then they knocked again at 10 and 10:30. Front desk called and said they would give us till 11:30 to check out. Again at check in we were to Noon was check out.

The location is excellent, we were within a couple miles of those we wanted to see and events. The staff is friendly and informative.

The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom could use a simple makeover.
