Quality Inn Harrisburg - Hershey Area

The breakfast was only cheap boxes of cereal, waffles and apples. They were out of coffee. There were only 2 yogurts left. The “oj” was so watered down it tasted like water with orange flavoring in it.

The sheets were very very thin. So thin, they seemed used and not changed. When i asked for a clean sheet, the guy wasn’t very friendly, he insisted they were clean but v v wrinkled bc they were thin. Though, the other side of the bed was pressed and NOT wrinkled.

They say its free wifi but when you try to log in they want your name and room number.I had bad experciences with that you end up paying for internet..Any other hotel dont ask that you just log in.Room lighting not good

The room were big and comfortable. The room and property were very well taken care of . Beds comfortable. Easy to get to

Pleasant staff, good supply of food at Breakfast, clean bed sheets, fresh towels, hot shower. I would stay again. All good, thanks.

When we arrived, the room we received had a door that didn't latch properly, the door was unlocked without needing to use our room card, and the extra safety chain lock was completely busted, meaning the room wouldn't lock properly at all. When I went to ask staff for a new room, they tried to tell me that the chain lock wasn't necessary and that I must be wrong about the door not latching/locking properly. I was able to get a new room, but not until I insinuated we would be leaving if our room wasn't changed. The new room had a functional chain lock AND the door latched and locked properly, with the room card being needed to access the room. Which confirmed that our first room was not locking properly, or locking at all. We are 2 young women who were traveling alone, and the entire situation made us feel very unsafe staying there.
