Sleep Inn & Suites West Knoxville

Staff were ok. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very minimal. No fruit. Kids yogurt only and only a few. Coffee and juice were like water. The waffle maker was horrible. Waffles stuck so badly even with the spray they wouldn’t come off. This happened to me and the next person while the attendant stood there watching offering no help! The lady after me spent time trying to clean off my waffle and then spending several minutes trying to get hers off. She couldn’t. Not sure why the attendant didn’t care to help clean up the mess. Neither of us walked away with a waffle. There was definitely a sparse variety of anything offered. My husband had the eggs and sausage and didn’t finish that. We stayed two different trips and the breakfast did not improve. We were not expecting anything fancy. A new waffle maker is definitely needed.

Great location and a clean room with comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet but seemed full. Great spot to stay for convenience. Several food and shopping areas within walking distance including a drug store and movie theater.

Degenerates roaming the parking lot after midnight looking in cars and hanging around/laying on our car. parking there while sitting in their cars for hours.obviously not staying at the hotel, no security to handle this. bathroom fixtures falling off the walls. teenagers laying in the hallway outside our room. again staff should assist in this. Non existent collapsing thin pllows. no attendant stationed at checkout.

The staff were great! The beds were very comfy!

There were only 6 TV channels and none that were interesting. The floor wasn't very clean. The pool wasn't very clean.
