"Exceptional"

I loved everything the lady at the front she was short light skinned long braids very sweet. My dad passed and I came from Texas she got my key ready with no issue. That night I was so tired from driving just to see her welcoming smile made me and my sons night. I forgot her name but she worked the night of January 31st give her a raise

"It was horrible"

The sheets were still dirty and had not been changed. The quilt was ripped on the bed. The staff was rude, the elevator wasn't working had to use the stairs, no one offered to clean the room or bring fresh towels no changed the trash in our room I would not recommend anyone staying there.
