Facilities were fine.

Front desk staff were horrible. Staff could not use the reservation system. There was a problem with our booking and their solution kept adding rooms to our booking. Then they tried to charge us for the extra rooms. Still working with our credit card company to resolve the extra charges.

Front desk staff was juggling a lot and still took time to be friendly and helpful. Location was close to airport, convenient.

Could've used more staff to give the impression that all was well. Seemed chaotic with just one very hard working guy up front.
