Pouring rain when we arrived, so needing some extra towels to dry everything as best we could without making a mess was very helpful. Staff friendly, hotel clean.

Side entry door slammed shut every time it was used. Frightened the dogs and probably annoyed anyone in the adjacent rooms!

El que siempre había alguien en el mesón de atención al cliente y estuvieran atentos a los clientes.

Tienen problemas de mantención pues avisé que la grifería del lavamanos estaba completamente suelta y no fue nadie pese a insistir. La cantidad de agua que sale por la ducha en el último piso es poca, falta limpieza del sifón del lavamanos pues se siente el olor...

Location staff and pool area

I liked it all

Location was great, bed very comfortable and room clean, breakfast was a but lacking but plenty of good places near by

Wifi was hardly working, guessing to the fact that everyone was on it,

I love the location as it was just a few miles away from where my sister lives. And it’s right off the highway easy access.

The one thing I can say is that the breakfast was disappointing. As it did not have any kind of meat, sausage or bacon. They did have a sausage gravy, but I am not a big fan of that so.

Room was clean and smelled fresh.

We were told when we called to book that the hot tub was working and the heat was not working the whole weekend. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel so we could enjoy the hot tub. Very disappointed and will not stay there again.
