Worst place! Nasty and dirty I don’t recommend anyone who has children to stay at this hotel!!!

Close access to my Mother-in-laws home . Very reasonable rates and clean rooms. Service staff are very attentive to our needs.

Too close to a very busy freeway. Truck traffic is very loud,especially during the day.

Where do I begin,the smallest room I've ever in my life stayed in. It was old dates,I comfortable. So out dates there wasn't any charger ports,there wasn't a room phone. When I booked online I booked the king suit .I asked for a free 2hour check out. So when I checked in the ckerk changed my room to the 1st floor,and then at checkout at 11.They said they was not notified.Then the clerk called my personal cell phone telling me she didn't see where I requested the late checkout.Then she says she sees it,but if you are on the 1st floor you aren't allowed to have late check out . Then she tells me I have to pay $30 cash that she can't take my cc on file I had to give her my cc to pay $50 deposit to be able to stay there bc of some charge for damage just in case . Mind you I had booked and payed online . So , I still have not received back the $50 refunded for my extra deposit. It was unprofessional, I didn't get the roomed I booked paid for , the size of the room was size maybe 200 sq.ft.No being told the deposit,not having the free late checkout honored. Not having the amenities offered and requested. The breakfast was cheap basic and the staff not so pleasant . MYSELF NOR MY FRIENDS WILL EVER STAY AT YOUR Location AGAIN.OR ANY OTHER LAQUINTA EVER AGAIN .
