"Not so great stay, too Overpriced for this."

Nothing much

Pillows were hard and were stuffed weirdly Breakfast left me and my sister with major stomachaches and diarrhea We kept getting locked out of our room and we didn’t know why the key wasn’t working

"Not to par with the rest of the chain"

Got to the room no soap n no towels ask for them 3 times n I had to go down n get them myself, found 3 roaches, the faucet in the sink is put on too far in making it very hard to wash your hands, can somebody please clean the shower head, district mgr should be ashamed of having this property in such bad shape

"Hot Hot no Ac"

The ac in room did not work, the building stunk and the staff was un helpful, not only that we checked in late with an infant and it was so hot. we left ASAP we didnt even stay 12 hours. HORRIBLE my baby was miserable and had to sleep in just a diaper being do hot.

"The facility was very fit-for-purpose of the trip overall."

Location of hotel and ease of access to different parts of the Houston metropolis. Facility maintenance was very good and staff members courteous and helpful throughout the stay.

Breakfast requires a lot of improvement in terms of menu and logistics of services to customers.
