There was an issue with my reservation which I had booked by a 3rd party. When attempting to resolve the manager was extremely rude. I then wished to switch rooms from a 1 bed king suite to a room with 2 beds and the desk clerk kept pushing for me to stay in the room with current room with a pull out sofa. Who the heck wants to pay these prices to have their family sleep on a pull out bed??? The room that was given to us did not have a security lock on the door, only holes to where it once was. It truly made my daughter and I feel safe, knowing we were alone the first evening of the 2 night booking.

Needs some updating in rooms. No close dining options and no breakfast or other snacks after 9am No one checks pool area. Always a lack of towels

"SCAM!! Stay away from this hotel and Booking.con!"

Nothing complete scam. Stay away from this place.

Got scammed by this hotel and Booking .con. Booked and paid for rooms through Booking.con. When I arrived to register at the hotel was told the rooms I booked were sold and I would get a refund in 3-7 days. Didn’t happen and I contacted Booking.con and the hotel lied and said they accommodated me. Stay away from this hotel and Booking.con.
