Baymont by Wyndham Janesville

The hotel was very clean! It was on the cheaper side for two nights, but it exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly! My boyfriend and I were able to sit and talk to the staff member, John, for about 30 minutes! It was overall, a very good experience!

The only thing we did not take advantage of was the pool. We tried to use it I the morning, and it was not open. I do not know if the hours were posted wrong.

Our room had rose petals by the bed from the previous occupants so that doesn't feel clean. Only 2 ice machines and 1 was broken. The breakfast was from 7-10am and when we got to it at 8am pretty much nothing was left other than cereal and a waffle maker with very little batter left. Nothing was restocked at all. The fridge had hair all over inside.

Was ok

The room did not have “Do not disturb card in room” a channel guide, other than that room was clean and nice. And did not have hot tub in swimming pool area.

The rooms were nice.. the location had eating within walking distane.The soap and shampoo were nice quality and smelled great.

No ice on either floor. No ice at the breakfast location. No outside seating area.

The staff was exceptional, sweet, & helpful! There was ample parking. I attached a picture why this was important. The room was a great size and very clean. The only thing I would change is the size of the bathroom there wasn't much room to undress once the door was closed off of the vanity area. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options for everyone! I'm a diabetic so it's hard to find a hotel that offers so many healthy choices. Most only have waffle makers cereal and danishes. They had that, Plus cheese omelettes, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit topping, muffins, breads, fresh fruit, a juice machine, & all the fixings. The coffee machine was the best part! Choice of coffee, cappuccino, espresso, tea, hot chocolate. You can add flavors, froth, cream, the choices were endless! It's nice when your traveling to start your day off with a smile!
