Great customer service in finding reservation that was accommodating to mobility challenged guest and smooth check in. A strong pngent smell going into room & floors kind of sticky. Bed was clean but aged and a little dirty in general.

Ot was quiet, the main thing that really bothered me is the house keeping waking us up at 745am to clean the room even though we had a do not disturb sign up. She knocked twice and then just walked in when my wife and i were sleeping

Clean. Good location from airport. Nice dining area for breakfast.

The hallway carpeting was a little dark and grungy looking. Elevator floor was marked up. Area adjacent to hotel was not pleasing to the eye. Looked like an Applebees that was now closed right next store. Property there shabby looking.

"Quiet room all setup and ready for me to have good night's rest. Comfortable bed and a lot of pillow"

The room was very attractive, neat & clean. Everything was ready for me - towels, plenty of pillows, all of varying firmness, plenty of towels, an iron and ironing board, and everything else you'd want and expect.
