"Cheap, but dirty room with beds that were not what was advertised"

We picked it because of the price, but regret that now. The room was supposed to have two queen beds, but the beds were significantly smaller. When walking into the room, it had an odor of smoke and must. The bathroom smelled even worse. The walls were dirty in numerous spots in ways that could be easily wiped off, showing they do not clean well. Finally, the breakfast was very lined and the hot food not appetizing. Unless you must choose this place due to price, I would avoid.

"1970's furniture"

Location

Toilet to low, all chairs were hard to deal with in room. Desk chair almost flipped me backwards. Other two chairs were not something I would sit in . Small and dated.

"I would stay again."

Price , breakfast, location, and comfort of bed

Vacuuming of stairwell going to second floor from lobby and back entrance should be vacuumed daily. The ceiling above vanity really needs attending to and tbe lighting is terrible by sink.

Cable was great. Wifi great. Breakfast decent. Room clean.

Front desk staff surly. Nothing pleasant about the woman checking me in and later, out. No personality. They need a welcoming individual there to make a guest feel like they're happy to have my business I realize some will think that is picky but it is a service industry. I don't expect. Hugs and kisses but this woman was about as blah as it can be. If you really don't want to be there, find something you like. She was a downer. I can't believe they would staff the front desk with somebody so inept at customer care and customer service.
