Quality Inn & Suites Port Arthur - Nederland

Well one good thing about this property is that they can accommodate your stay with early check inn’s however there’s a 25 dollar charge for it . Which isn’t bad but if you’re 10 mins past 11 am checkout time that’s a charge as well . I found that very odd 🤔 Anyway I’ve stayed at this place twice 2 different rooms both stays the rooms were very dingy looking the A/C or the heat did not work in room #210. So if you ever find yourself staying there and offered that room I would advice you to nicely decline please safe yourself a headache. One last thing if you do decide to visit this place please bring your own towels. The towels there looks as if someone has been wiping the floors with the ones they supply for customers .. This place is for nasty cheap construction workers that’s trying to save as much of their perdiem as possible ..

By far one of the best Quality inns I stayed at , and we travel a lot do to my husband's work. The front desk staff to the house keepers are really nice and made our stay great. The rooms were clean. The breakfast daily my kids enjoyed. Definitely a great hotel, run by great staffed.

I liked how our room was ready in time, no one bothered us.

Rust everywhere. The tub was dirty and rusted. It couldn't be used. It was late just went to sleep.

Yes I was very happy with my initial price on booking but when went to extend my stay I was charged 52 dollars more! And when I checked price on line it was unchanged from my initial price I questioned the guy he told me the price goes up and down. I don’t appreciate being over charged!

Price today for 3 more days was too expensive! I really think I was overcharged because the guy did not know what he was doing! I was considering staying here for a month or so but not I will leave after 3 days and go somewhere else!
