Very unhelpful staff. They couldn’t care less about your safety

At night the room is extremely dark. I left the bathroom light on for safety but it went off automatically and did not come back on. I fell trying to make it to the bathroom, hit my head on the floor and ended up in the emergency room. Staff would not let me file an incident report. We’ll see how they like a lawsuit.

It is hard to find quality customer service these days, so I dont often expect much. The customer service at the Baymont is enough to on its own make you want to return. It is also a safe, easy to park location. They have breakfast! They have a great rate! I highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and nice.The stairway was dirty,the elevator was broken the Tv didnt work,no clothes iron.

Staff was great and rate is a good value. Pretty close to the airport. Our rental was an electric Hyundai Ioniq 5 and there was a Hyundai dealership close by where you could charge for free!

Was a bit further from Northwestern University than expected. The breakfast was typical with coffee, juices, cereal, waffles, toast/bagels eggs and sausages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the highway and there is much traffic noise for the odd numbered rooms on that side. The hotel needs updating. There is no coffeemaker in the room. There were water stains on the bathroom ceiling, the headboard for the bed was peeling it's finish, carpet in the stairwell needs replaced. Overall satisfied with the experience and nothing negative. Didn't expect much for the rate charged, is much less than others. I'd give it 2 1/2 stars out of 5. The staff was helpful and pleasant!

Easy access, convenient to fast dining, clean, larger rooms with refrigerator and fast WiFi. Comfortable bed

Tub shower needed a safety mat or bar.
