Americas Best Value Inn Saint Ignace

The room needed new carpet, new blankets and softer towels. A microwave would have been nice. The price and location was great.

Good parking, great hot tub. Good breakfast on site location

The only problem I have is understanding the people at the front counter that are from a different country. With their acsent it's hard to make out what they are saying.

R oom was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok-nothing special.

Place could use some updating.

This is a motel that is way past its prime, owned by people unwilling to invest in even the basics to make it acceptable. The carpets are filthy (I have picture of stockings that I had to wear, which became filthy in a few hours in the room). The staff was rude, made me feel like I was in a lower caste. The rooms were in disrepair, things were falling off the walls, air conditioning barely worked. Avoid at all costs. There are MANY nicer places nearby.
