Hotel Carlisle

the worst experience ever!! I got to the hotel at 9 am. The person at the desk said she could not check us in and does not know how to. The person would be here in 10 min. The 10 min became over an hour of waiting. I watched a person come in bringing in soda cases and some boxes. that person was the manager who knew we were waiting., about 10 min later she comes to the desk. The manager said I do not know if we have a room for us. I reserved and paid 6 months in advance. The room was on the3rd floor and we have No working elevators!!!!

Good stay overall, but be aware of the elevator issue. I arrived at 4 a.m. after a long travel day and was checked into a third-floor room. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The front desk clerk offered help, which I appreciated, but I declined since I only had carry-on bags. Still, climbing to the third floor multiple times over a three-day stay was a challenge—especially at 90 years old. The elevator has apparently been out for a while, and I saw no signs of repair during my visit. If mobility is a concern, I recommend requesting a room on the first or second floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the air conditioner worked quietly and efficiently. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is located on Hampton Drive and may have previously operated as a Hampton Inn. If the price is reasonable and you can avoid the upper floors, this can be a good value stay.

Would never come back!!!! the worst hotel experience ever! Had to wait over 1 hour to check in.There was none who could help me When the desk person finally came in she said I hope we have a room available. I told her I paid for this over 6months ag.Than we where on the third floor with no elevator service .

The staff was the most `courteous and friendly that I have ever experienced staying at a hotel!!

Pool does not work

Property was quite comfortable and a convenient location with updates underway.

EVERYONE at the front desk, at anytime was pleasant and friendly

Elevator not working pool not working. Had to carry bags up stairs plus use them to go to car

Elevators not working and if they E going to serve hot breakfast you can consider those who might definitely eat eggs but not cheese to have plain eggs so the guests can actually eat your hot breakfast

A goodvvalue very pristine. Breakfast was inedible.
