"Good stay but no King when we arrived :-("

Although our stay was great ... we reserved several mo this in advance and reserved & confirmed a KING bed - we arrived at the hotel at 4pm (not late) for a 2 night stay and we're told there were no King beds available. I showed the manager our confirmed reservation & although he apologized ... he said ... no K beds. We obviously stayed but not happy!

"This is our new go to hotel!"

This was our first hotel stay since the pandemic began. I read so many positive reviews and our experience more than met our expectations. The hotel’s decor is very modern. It would be hard to beat for comfort, cleanliness, great service and cleanliness. We felt very safe as well. Very friendly staff. Great location for our needs.

Room was above the pool where kids were screaming Marco Polo until 11:45 pm and the bed was up against the wall sharing the elevator shaft.
