Room was not very clean

The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good central location.

There was a problem with the room temperature and the hotel was not helpful to resolve it.

I loved the staff, very nice people, the peacefulness of the atmosphere, I enjoyed the breakfast and so many options 😀 I loved my room!

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The room is a bit outdated and in need of some updating. The shower is a bit warn, but clean so was all good. The same for the pool.

The property was located in a nice, quiet area and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The room appeared clean, and the overall value for the price was very good.

While the room appeared clean, some of the furniture was older and showed signs of wear, which made the room feel less fresh than it could have. The bed was also firmer than I prefer, making it a little less comfortable for sleeping.

It had great location

Customer service sucked. I asked for a receipt and the front desk said you booked with booking contact them. The website said pool was open but it’s only open on Saturday and Sunday

The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good - the lady at the cafeteria was very helpful. The hotel was haunted by "Rosie" so weird things happen constantly.

The bartender was incredibly inappropriate with the girls who stayed at the hotel for a volleyball tournament. They were not even at the bar (underage), they were in the lobby area, and he approached and talked to them unprompted.
