Average hotel in terms of facilities and decor, however, good value for the location

Nice hotel but don't get a standard room, get a deluxe. For those who rent a car and driver when in parts of Vietnam, this review will make sense. This hotel no longer has rooms available for drivers and you must pay a parking fee. Also, the 'standard' rooms are the 'old' drivers rooms..... get it?

The only hotel stayed at during our stay which was appalling. Service, condition of hotel - even the bed linen was dirty. This is definitely not 4 star, rather 2 star.

The hotel is at a great location,right across the street from the beach. They also provide beach umbrellas and seats on the beach. Everything was excellent. The service was great. However the rooms were more like a three star hotel.

I was on 6 floor and the room give a superb view to the beach. Breakfast was good ( excellent fresh bread !!!) I saw the city truck came,cleaning the beach in the morning and make the beach very clean, very pleasant to stay. BTW the beach is in front of the hotel and the hotel offers free umbrella. Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the local market where we can find excellent local fruits and food fro very good prices.

I booked a standard room with my fiancée for 6 nights, but thought the standard room was a little cramp so we upgraded to the deluxe room. Rooms were clean and service was exceptional. Only issue I had was the wifi on the 7th floor was a little sporadic and lobby was a little too warm. In general it was a good stay.

Firstly they gave us a room that overlooked the kids club that played loud music all day long! Staff with the exception of the lady who worked on the concierge was rude. They have no idea of customer service.

Great location, right across the road from the white sands of the beach. Views from the rooms are great if you have a ocean view. Would have been great if we were able to open the windows in the room to allow some fresh air in. Having the shopping centre next door to the hotel was great, however there is very few shops close by. You will need to catch the bus or grab a taxi to get to the shops. Highly recommend this hotel to others wanting a great relaxing time.

location was good, room were very good in deluxe room
