Courtyard St. Louis Airport/Earth City

Front Rep. Was exceptionally personable Drea was her name, i had a problem with Ants crawling all over the counter near refrigerator, I had to move my food away and put up. I reported to Drea, suggested I move, but so much stuff I had unpacked it was 10:pm when I discovered them all over the wall & the refrigerator. Only there for 2 days, I got somebug sprayed. I feel like the Mangement staff after receiving the email would have taken care of problem, but they did not. The restrooms are out dated with low toilets sitting almost to the floor. Needs remodeling they charge as much as 5 star hotels and not update.

Was perfect for my work trip.

Definitely it’s going to be my new home every two weeks.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating no complaints there.

When we got in our room and finally got settled after eating dinner, and being on the road all day. We get to go put our leftovers in the fridge but noticed little bugs on the door and around the refrigerator and microwave. When I looked closer I seen that the little bugs were ants and not roaches still doesn’t justify anything tho, the shower had major cracks around the tile in the corners. I woke to an ant crawling on my arm. The ants made my stay very uncomfortable

The ONLY bad thing I have to say about this property is that when a tornado warning came through and everyone lost power, the generator stopped after 10 minutes. Then when everyone else’s power came back on, this hotels power did not. We were without power for no less than 15 hours. We were not compensated for the evening where we were drenched in sweat while sleeping. No one took responsibility and was unwilling to work with us.
