"I just feel like it was one of the worst states I’ve ever had at a Marriott location"

I was very disappointed altogether

very rude staff, the pool was closed when we told it would be open. Very dirty room with dirty bedsheets. Very uncomfortable, broken heater. Broken fridge and nothing was willing to get fixed since that was the only suite.

"We enjoyed a beautiful, comfortable room with helpful desk employees."

The room was beautiful. The sofa was a nice touch to the two queen beds. The beds were cozy and soooo comfortable, There was a balcony to be enjoyed with a view of trees. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash made the shower very inviting.

The ice machine was out of order. The nearest ice was at the opposite end of the hotel on another floor.
