Courtyard St. Louis Airport/Earth City

The pool was cold but it was nice the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and they had a very cute dog.

The room stayed quiet warm.

The property was clean and great location! We were 10 minutes from downtown St Charles and spent a lot of time there. Highly recommend and I’d stay there again!

Clean, safe, convenient to Hollywood Casino Ampitheater, cozy and comfy! Would definitely recommend! Nightstand on both sides of the bed, lots of outlets and usb plugs, clean, looks new! Would stay again if I’m ever in the area. Also, I got this room at very good price point! I just shopped it a bit!

Chefs kiss to them and their staff. So kind, so sweet and helpful, so kindhearted. Just absolutely incredible customer service. And the room was more than I expected. Very impressive. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. And the balcony was a nice surprise I didn’t know about. I slept better that night than I needed.

Comfortable beds @ good ac

Showers weren’t good, rooms weren’t clean and set up ready to go. Bistro was closed so had to leave for food.

First room had water damage After complaining, and finally getting another room after two hours, the second room smelled of mildew and mold, and had stains on the sheets on the pillows. The couch covers were all torn. The whole place smelled.

On the good side, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful and we appreciated their nice attitudes. But…the room was not great. The shower wasn’t not cleaned well before our arrival: hair and soap scum. Yuck. The room had a very musty smell. Granted, it’s a time a high humidity and high temps outside. But also the AC definitely blows drops on the rug in front of it making a wet rug there and in front of the slider. There were just the bare minimum towels in the room and the body wash container had no holder to attach it to the wall like the shampoo and conditioner were. The traffic noise from the freeway was pretty constant. One of the two beds was made up with a thick winter-type duvet/comforter— during almost 100 degree weather. The hotel was just kinda tired and needs a refurb.
