My room smelt of fried bacon… not so nice as I don‘t eat meat.

I love this hotel so much, not only because we got married the weekend we stayed here but I was just honestly blown away by the entire property and service we received. This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The suite was just so perfect and clean. The complimentary items from the fresh fruit plate to the Carmel popcorn, I was in awe. I would stay here again and again because of the staff; every person was so welcoming and said hello. The bellman Francis was the absolute sweetest and so so helpful, he’s fantastic. This is my favorite hotel in San Francisco and I will only ever stay here when in the city again. 10/10!

I felt like a princess! This hotel is first class from start to finish. The rooms are appointed nicely, so comfy and clean. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! Such a wonderful find and made our trip to San Francisco very special. Cannot recommend enough.

Check in was flawless. Very accommodating. Room is very comfortable with top quality clean bedding!

Quiet, comfortable, calm ambience that meant we relaxed the minute we arrived. Friendly staff who were always happy to help. Delightful room with wonderful views.
