I didn't have a great experience. I'm not usually one to complain but the rooms are not as advertised. I met the owner and he was very dismissive and rude when I brought up the issues with my stay. It's too bad because the staff at the front desk were very nice and did their best to help me but the owner left such a bad impression. There are so many great options in Nha Trang I'd avoid this place in the future. This trip has taught me to be vary careful of good reviews. I'm constantly being pressured on the spot to give a high rating so at least this hotel didn't do that.
