Proche de la ville avec deux très bons restaurants attachés au bâtiment

L'accueil aurait pu être plus aimable mais après tout était ok.

For us this was a unique experience....a two bedroom suite within a motel setting with a courtyard garden setting. Ample free on site parking. welcoming host, elevator to our floor, well equipped kitchen. Great spot.

Agréable séjour, confort et proximité du centre ville

I fell in love with Room 204 the minute I saw the reading armchairs and teapot. And so it continued - there was nothing missing. Not a large room, but this ties as the best accomodation I’ve found in my 5 weeks in Aotearoa. Big windows on to the garden courtyard, so the room was light. Proper useable table. Excellent wifi. Good kitchenette with fresh milk provided. Lift from car parking to this upper floor. Bonus: fabulous Buddha Stix restaurant is co-located (advise booking), and The Good Earth cafe, also fabulous, is in the next block. 1.3 km from the railway and all things Octogon, so very convenient. I had a quiet comfortable stay and will return next time I’m in Dunedin.
