Great Experience! The staff was so friendly and accommodating!The rooms and amenities were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bistro also had great food and I would recommend trying it if you come. Will definitely be back in the future!

It’s a very nice hotel. The only exception would be the air conditioner. It’s SO LOUD that we barely got any sleep.

It was amazing … just to get away even if it was a town away.. no visitors no calls just enjoyment for me and my husband . Zack ( we apologize didn’t really catch her name) and the wonderful, beautiful, friendliest person with an outstanding personality and excellent customer service that was working Saturday May 25th. We really enjoyed you and Zack. You two have the best personality and anyone that has the chance just to talk to you both and chill would know it.

Beds are great and the hotel is very well kept. Housekeeping does not service room during stay unless requested.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am a Bonvoy platinum elite member and have stayed in countless Westin and Marriott properties for over 20 years in their loyalty programs. I left my room for vending machines at 11:00pm and when I returned to my room, the electronic door lock malfunctioned. I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM THE ENTIRE NIGHT. THERE WERE NO MAINTENANCE OR MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL ON THE PREMISES. No one from the management or maintenance of this hotel was reachable the entire night. Only a night clerk with no master key was on duty at this sold out hotel. The only other vacant room at the hotel was also inaccessible due to its malfunctioning door lock. My car keys, phone, clothing and possessions were locked in my room until 7:00 am. I was basically stranded in the lobby of the Courtyard Burlington on a dark access road with nowhere to sleep and no access to my vehicle or possessions. There were no other rooms available in the hotel or within 30 miles. I spoke to a corporate Bonvoy “platinum elite” representative this morning and was told a case would be opened and that a whopping 3000 points would be credited to my loyalty account (not enough for a single night stay at any Bonvoy property). I paid over $300 per night for a 2 night stay as there were no points rooms available when I booked. AVOID THIS POORLY RUN PROPERTY!

Convenient area and friendly staff but the housekeeping is not the best. The showers sometimes have a lot of hair in them…maybe they should use a sprayer or bucket to rinse afterwards. The sheets sometimes look like they were used but we bring Lysol & separate sheets. No bugs! No microwave but they keep one downstairs for guests, it’s usually a little dirty too.

Easy to access from the freeway and close to shopping and dining options.

The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It was a clean hotel with plenty of space for the family. The pool was well sized and clean. The breakfast options were minimal, but Cracker Barrel was right down the road.
