Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

One I would like to thank MR.Kwaz a wonderful guy he remember me from always coming there through my tournaments through the hard Rock on that allowed me to gratefully stay there a couple nights complimentary the place is wonderful people are great the only concern I have is that when we are complementary we was never told that we had to pay for parking I have never paid for parking there so it kind of like had me wondering when was that ever started but I enjoyed my stay because most of the time I was out for a tournament and and I enjoy myself because you know when you're at that hotel you're feel safe and you're around a lot of things that you can do that's near the area but the only concern is like you have to let your customers know that you're charging parking cuz it doesn't sight on the site or do the hard Rock even but most of all I love my trip I love my state the beds was lovely and the people is great. But I absolutely can say for the last 3 years or more I have been coming to that same hotel and MR. Kwaz 💯💯 good service for that company

While checking in I was greeted by Zoe who was a very sweet and very professional young lady who is definitely learning and thriving in the business and she is very smart and she has a great attitude and a great personality and she knows how to handle every situation. Lauren also the same. She was very professional and she was able to handle the situation I had with the Hard Rock and checking into the Sheraton. I give both of the young ladies five stars and definitely really great people to work with. Also, the Sheraton hotel is very clean. Very nice as always. Every Sheraton I've been have always been very professional looking and clean and up to date with everything. No complaints. I would definitely stay here and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Vivian was amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable on the menu items and made recommendations. She checked in on us often Our experience was great!!!!

Staff and hotel are professional and accommodating. Menu is vastly improved and Stefani & Vivian are the best! Did find some poorly unkept areas in rooms (stained sheets, dna in bathroom, & musky always) but it is greatly improved since my last visit.

Kwaz was very helpful and personable at check-in. He made the process very easy and makes me consider coming back here to stay again if I am in the area again.

The front desk employee, Todd, checked us in quickly and professionally at 1:30am, even giving us a boost with some friendly conversation. A good experience.

Attended the night before wedding party at the hotel bar. Bartenders Lily and Stefany were great hosts and mixologists. Made me a scrumptious smoked old fashioned! Nice seating options. Highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly. Liliana and Stefanie were very nice. They stayed open past the normal time. Hotel and bar is very modern and updated. Very nice atmosphere
