I believe it was recently renovated so the rooms were modern and much nicer than your typical motel. But my room had an odd musty odor to it.

USHotel was 5 min away from the buffalo river tubing excursion. Check in/out was super fast and the staff was friendly & welcoming. Hotel was spotless, had snacks and drinks available for purchase so you didn’t have to go to the store. I liked the longer hours for the pool (11pm) & the free breakfast was good! Definitely was a much welcomed retreat after spending hours floating down the river! My request to be on the first floor was also met. Nice hotel and would definitely stay again if visiting the area!
I loved everything about the hotel. However there’s not much to do outside of the river. No small shopping areas or farmers market when we went.

I was grateful that it was available for the MX event at short notice, despite being entirely booked weeks before, And...I was disappointed to see them taking advantage of "supply and demand" in the amount I paid for a Holiday Inn Express on a Thursday night, especially as a "valued member." Gouging isn't appealing. But, the location, facility, size and quality of the room were excellent. My husband was thrilled at the breakfast! I didn't really engage with staff, so I can't speak on it...
