"Nicest staff around!"

Yeah, the rooms may be a little outdated but they are clean, comfortable with all the amenities. The towels and bedding were nice. Modest breakfast with a menu board. Scrambled eggs, sausage and pancake bites on morning we were there. Pancakes bites I really liked. Did not like their coffee. It was the press the button for what you want kind. They were out of orange juice. This hotel had the nicest staff both at front desk and housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again if in the area but might bring my own coffee and make it in the room. 😀

"Decent for the price"

The price

Staff never interacted with us. When we got there the lady never just said checking in? Took my card ands id and never said another word. Same in the morning when checking out girl never got up from her stool to ask what we needed or asked how was everything? Breakfast was cold

"Very pleasant surprise, a jewel."

We have stayed at several facilities in Muscatine ranging from very high end to the lower, economy end - I will tell you that this stay, at this facility was excellent. Frankly speaking, we were surprised how this relatively small hotel made us feel like we were important across the board. We do not take this lightly as we stay in hotels for 200+ nights/year. They simply give 100% and you can enjoy those efforts - really great job, keep up the great work.
