"Clean and impersonal."

It was great to meet and speak with the lady who does the cleaning. It was very clean.

It felt impersonal compared to previous stays due to no human interaction. Like walking into a cave. There was a 'knocking' noise that woke me late at night and again early in the morning. I recorded it for you. I believe it is the water pipes when someone in another room flushes the toilet as it lasts about 30 secs. I remember hearing it last year but I was in a different room then.
