Bad sewage smell in the second floor's bathrooms and the corridor. Uncomfortable mattresses (looked like hand-made from a bad quality upholstery foam that did not match the bed sizing well). Wobbly bunk beds in quite terrible condition. No hand soap in restrooms.

Very clean and spacious, location seemed convenient, fabulous to have ground coffee and tea available.

Staff attitudes varied from reasonably convivial to indifferent and dismissive. There was something odd about the musty smell in the shower, possibly due to the door being shut in order to stop the noise of the fan?
