Porto Premium River View II

The location was perfect. The view of the river from the living room was great to wake up to. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The bed is uncomfortable and there is a constant smell of frying fish from the restaurant in the back.

The views from the beautiful living room of the Douro River, the Dom Luis Bridge and the sights of Port wine cellars are fantastic. The location is superb. In the midst of things yet very quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped even for longer stays and home cooking.

The property is hidden in a little unknown alley. Once you find it, it is great. The convenience of handling everything remotely lead to snafus for us … luckily for no one else before us. It took us multiple attempts to enter our passport data into a capricious website. The front door to the building didn’t open at several attempts. And the coded entry door handle resisted our attempts at first. Maria and Filipe are very responsive and will have rewritten instructions for klutzes like us. The bedroom is fine, a bit tight and dark. Overhead light would remedy that feeling.

The stay is just like the photos! Had an amazing time in the stay, enjoying the view over the river. It was really a cozy place 🫶🏻

Beautiful apartment, fabulous view and great location.

Overall a great stay. Minor suggestions: It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods to get started as a welcome. Also, rug in bedroom made it difficult to open closet door.

Fantastic location (with a view!) with a a nicely decorated flat and a nicely equipped kitchen.

Fantastic location overlooking the river. Lots to watch from the apartment during both the day and the night. A few steps away from lots of restaurants and close to all tourist attractions. Would happily stay there again.

I wish there was an elevator for the second floor apartment.

The location is fantastic, very walkable and the space is big. The view in the morning and sunset is the best part of it!

This is a personal opinion but the bed is extra firm so depends on your preference of bed.
