The management at Tropical Palms is terrible! We called before coming to ask about golf cart rental and were told that there were none available, so we brought our own. We were not allowed to park our small trailer, which fit on the concrete in our 2nd parking spot, at our cabin. We had to park it in a different area and were charged $116 to do so. This is an outrageous amount considering that this is practically the cost of renting an entire camp site. We were not aware of this policy. We asked if we could find another way around this issue but were told no and that we had an hour to pay and move our trailer. They lost themselves a customer that they've had for over 20 years.

They need to replace the mattresses beds terribly uncomfortable

Love staying here. Staff is so friendly and helpful, from front desk to security to housekeeping. Cute cottages.
