Bathroom to small!

Great staf and great place to stay

Very pathetic experience. Tiny rooms and uncomfortable beds and mattress. Ended up sleeping in the car. I would suggest to stay out of this property and even with the last resource I would prefer to sleep inside the car then staying at this crappy place.

Stayed in a cottage. They are really cute. It’s a cottage but you still have decent amount of room. They were clean and provided the basics you’d need. You get a text when you get settled and they respond quickly to any requests you text that you need. Pretty property also. I only have one complaint- there’s only one medicine cabinet sized mirror in the bathroom. No other mirrors in bedroom or anywhere. We had 4 women trying to get ready for graduation at the Gaylord so it was rather tricky. Def need mirror in bedrooms.

I loved everything, it was more than I expected. She had a very nice pool and good atmosphere. The gym area is very good and the laundry area is very convenient. A place very close to everything according to my needs. But it exceeded my expectations. Their employees are very attentive and communicative in the hall. Even the night security guard, very friendly and attentive

We always have a good time with the family and away weekends with spouse. Family and pet friendly is always god for us.

Love staying at tropical palms. Always feel welcome and the rooms are clean.
