"Disappointed"

Good value for money but the hotel is not well maintened. Balcony is not safe for kids. No one cleaned our room on our second day. Swimming pool is really cold. Someone left his food tray in the stairs on our first day and it stayed there until we left. Not sure if eventually someone removed it. The hotel looks understaffed. Breakfast is so so. There was also a very bad smell outside the hotel on our second day, it was impossible to open the window with such smell. Next time I would rather stay in a hotel closer to downtown. This hotel has potential thought but they need to maintain it properly.

Very nice stay close to Kayseri airport. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was good for our family of 5. However. AC was only available in the main room and not in the inside bedroom. AC was pretty weak even at the highest setting I don’t think it will be sufficient for summer stay.

Fiyatıma göre, gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama, tavsiye ederim. Sadece havuzun bakımı biraz üzdü, ve sauna’nın sıcaklığı yetersiz kaldı bence. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık

Super freundliches Personal, gratis Park Möglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und eine hervorragende Sicht auf der Erciyes Berg. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant welches die leckeren und berühmten Speisen der Stadt Kayseri anbietet. Der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend groß und das Badezimmer sauber

Ailemle birlikte 1 gece konakladığımız Kayseri Loft Hotel de gerek çalışanların güleryüzü,gerekse odanın temizliği ve konforu bizi mutlu etti..İstediğimiz ütü ,ütü masasıyla birlikte bir kaç dakika içinde odamızdaydı..Odada kurutma makinesinden giysi askısına kadar her şey mevcuttu..Otelden kendi adımıza memnun ayrıldık..Çok teşekkür ediyoruz..
