No staff other than the security guard who let us in. The lady who met us did not expect us as guests until I showed by reservation. She said the previous manager no longer work there, and she is not the manager. Since I already paid in advance, we have no other choice. Stayed 3 nights, and no hot shower since the faucet needs repair. No fresh towels. No manager in charged. The Security guard seems to be the only person in this facility. I'll never come back to this place again.

Staff was very helpful and met us upon arrival. Gave us directions for parking. Was very attentive. Bed was very comfortable.

Service was very good. Staff were very accommodating. Room ang surroundings were clean. Food was tasty and affordable. Resort is near the beach (350 m) so we had an excellent sunset experience.

Wifi signal needs improvement. Please provide drinking water in the room.

I loved the villa, the rooms were clean and cool. it's a great environment and the amenities are amazing, the kids especially enjoyed the pool. The staff are super attentive and the cooking was quite delicious. The food was fresh and it is always made to order.
